Forget-Chemin Carte Rose Brut Premier Cru NV

This is essentially the Carte Noire blend with the addition of 20% still Pinot Noir from Ludes. Reddish pink in colour, the nose shows glace cherries and candied red fruits. The palate is fresh and vibrant with more red currant, cherry and raspberry notes with spice overlays. Pristine and clean, this is a delightfully refreshing rosé style but has the weight to balance a wide diversity of food pairings
