Displaying bright red fruits, fresh brioche, pastry notes, the palate is round and full with a creamy texture.but there is a fine core of mineral acidity keeping the palate clean and wanting more. The choice of vinification in stainless steel and not undergoing malolactic fermentation has given a freshness and lift, avoiding the heaviness that some Blanc de Noirs can display. Pinot Noir provides the juicy, rich, dark fruits on the front palate while the Meunier gives flesh and body which builds and grows in the glass. An excellent Blanc de Noirs!
50% Pinot Noir & 50% Meunier from their home vineyards in Etoges, average vine age is 30 years. Base wine is 2018 with 20% reserves. Fermentation is in stainless steel, no malolactic fermentation with a dosage of 8g/l
