This is a surprising cuvée as their Rosé accounts for only 5% of their production. Whilst this is definitely a Chardonnay-focused house, this particular blend is a mixture of 70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. The copper, pale orange colour is achieved by the addition of barrel aged still Pinot Meunier wine. The black fruits have given a spicy, savoury edge with pronounced notes of raspberries and strawberries, yet the wine still maintains a fine minerality as modelled in their other cuvées.
