Finesse and opulence truly characterise this cuvée. The rich aromas of brioche, honey and spice with notes of fresh wild flowers combine very well. A lovely spine of fresh acidity keeps the wine on a fine edge, which keeps you wanting more and more! The fruit is sourced from three villages; 25 % Villevenard (fruitiness) , 25 % Allemant (structure) , 50% Etoges (minerality), the average vine age is an impressive 35 years.
Base wine is 2017 (65%) with 35% reserves from the five previous vintages. 48 months on lees with a further 12 months ageing before release. Dosage 9g/l
